Advocacy

 

In light of the 2022 Federal Election, CoPAHM submitted letters to The Hon. Amber-Jade Sanderson BA MLA, Minister for Health; Mental Health and Minister for Health and Aged Care, the Hon Mark Butler MP copied to the Assistant Minister for Health and Aged Care, the Hon Ged Kearney MP.  The letters aimed to bring attention to outstanding issues related to HIV and Mobility in Australia. CoPAHM called for an increase in targeted and specific resourcing for migrant and mobile populations affected by HIV to ensure an end to transmission by 2025. Two responses were received.
